How it works
Our approach starts with a basic course, structured similarly to our basic parenting course but with an emphasis on addressing the particular issues of families in "challenge-mode".
This is a six session course if done one-on-one or a 10 session course if done as part of a group. Each session is 60 minutes. Training is done via teleconference (or webinar, if you have access to such technology, but all you really need is a telephone).
All training materials, including course notes and reference materials, are included in your registration and will be sent to you prior to your sessions.
Once the basic training is complete, you can opt into attending regular follow-up support groups or individualized mentoring and support.
Pricing and Registration
The most effective way to take this course is direct, individualized training that can be tailored to your needs and situation. Individualized training for this course is just $99/session, though sliding scale fees are available for qualified participants. You can pay as you go, though we do offer a 10% discount if you purchase the complete six session package.
Alternatively, you can participate in an ongoing, virtual, group version of the course. This is a more affordable option, and, while it cannot be tailored as specifically as individual training, group size is kept small enough to allow for your questions and input, and you get the benefit of learning from your peers. The cost for the group course is only $199 for all 10 sessions. Again, sliding scale fees are available for qualified participants.
